The Clinical Coordinator- Lab will work closely with the laboratory staff to ensure that all laboratory procedures are performed in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory
- Ensure that all laboratory procedures are performed accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with the laboratory staff to ensure that all laboratory procedures are performed in accordance with established protocols and procedures
- Ensure that all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
- Ensure that all laboratory supplies are properly stocked and ordered as needed
- Ensure that all laboratory records are properly maintained and documented
- Ensure that all laboratory staff are properly trained and certified
- Ensure that all laboratory procedures are performed in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
