Jefferson Center is looking for a positive, customer service focused person with exceptional administrative skills to assist clients and staff in an Administrative Support role. The Administrative Support team assists clients and staff at the front desk at an office, answers a multi-line phone system, assists clients in a virtual platform and assists with administrative projects including caseload management. This is a hybrid position that is projected to work onsite at an office 4 days per week and will potentially work remotely 1 day per week. This position primarily works at the North Wadsworth office located in Arvada, CO. However, you will be asked to support the front desk role at any of the offices located in Jefferson County. This will support the staffing needs and provide coverage at the other locations. This is an opportunity that requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to a growing and changing work environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a frequently changing environment working face-to-face or virtually with clients and staff providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Assist clients, visitors and staff positively and with a cheerful disposition.
  • Support Front Office, in-person operations.
  • Ability to work remotely in a private space to be HIPPA compliant.
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet connection that supports the technological needs of the Call Center, virtual platforms and administrative operations.
  • Answer and support the Center-wide multi-line phone system to support the call center.
  • Use technology including Zoom, Teams or other virtual platforms to support Telehealth operations.
  • Ability to work at various offices within Jefferson County to support staffing needs and onsite office operations. Provide front office support to various locations within Jefferson County, as needed.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday – Friday independently and with little supervision. Requires dependability.
  • Strong decision- making skills.
  • Initiate and maintain effective interpersonal relations with consumers, peers, staff and the general public exhibiting courtesy, enthusiasm, flexibility and a spirit of cooperation.
  • Timely and thorough response to phone calls, email and other requests from consumers and staff.
  • Collaborate with various departments to insure a cohesive work environment.
  • Schedule client appointments utilizing computerized scheduling.
  • Utilize Electronic Health Record.
  • Attend mandatory meetings and trainings. To be compliant with individual training plan.
  • Reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

High School Diploma plus 1 years of relevant administrative work experience. Previous work experience in customer service, answering a multiline phone system and with a virtual platform such as Zoom, Teams, iweb or webex system highly desirable.

Salary & Benefits

Grade 8
  • $32,700 to $43,100 ($15.72/hr - $20.72/hr)

  • *Salary is based on years of total related experience.
  • *Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Less than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE.
