Responsibilities
- Identifying prospective clients and new business opportunities through marketing channels, referrals, social media, and more.
- Fulfilling our clients financial well being through effective needs analysis to meet all of their insurance goals and gaps in protection.
- Developing client relationships through rapport building and superior customer service interactions.
- Assist in servicing client accounts, handling policy inquiries, and setting proper policy expectations.
- Meeting Agency product and premium sales goals.
- Actively participating in a high energy, highly engaged team to increase productivity while learning and growing your knowledge in the industry.
Requirements
- P&C License Required
- Positivity, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn while succeeding a must!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required to connect with a diverse group of potential and existing clients.
- This is not a work from home or hybrid position, must be willing to work in office.
