This is an independent contractor opportunity in which you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. Any income range associated with this posting represents the potential earnings available to you as a business owner in this role, not a guaranteed salary. Recommended experience and skills:

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in building and leading a team of independent sales agents.
  • Recruiting experience
  • Insurance sales experience

Responsibilities
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate benefit options to employees and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of benefits software systems such as Workday and HRIS.
- Coordinate FMLA and workers compensation processes, ensuring accurate and timely handling of claims.
- Stay updated on employment and labor laws to ensure benefits programs are in compliance.
- Collaborate with HR team to conduct employee orientations and evaluations, fostering positive employee relations.
- Analyze benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for program improvements.
- Assist in negotiating contracts with benefit providers and vendors to ensure cost-effective and comprehensive coverage.
- Uphold HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of employee benefit information.
- Utilize data analysis skills to track and report on benefit program effectiveness and cost management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • La Grange, KY: Relocate before starting work (Required)
