Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in orchestrating and coordinating various marketing initiatives to assist the marketing field team, help drive sales and enhance brand visibility in our retail spaces Your role will involve collaborating with multiple teams to strategize and execute promotional campaigns, manage inventory, and ensure seamless coordination of marketing activities in alignment with organizational objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Field Marketing Support: Coordinates vendor days assets, pop-up allocations, and promotional activities, and coordinates communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Inventory Coordination: Collaborates with inventory management to ensure promotional products are adequately stocked and orders placed to meet all marketing promotional and field needs.
• Marketing support : Assists the marketing and sales teams by providing promotional materials, product information and marketing support in field.
• Data collection: Collects data on promotional activities to report back weekly on results.
• Customer Experience: Focuses on enhancing the overall customer experience by creating and providing excellent customer service.

Visual Merch Responsibilities:

• Signage and Graphics: Manages all print marketing materials making sure all signage and graphics are being created and given to stores.
• Product Presentation: Strategically arranges products and prints items to highlight features, benefits, and seasonal promotions, ensuring a visually appealing presentation.
• Turn key visual: Manages and tracks all requests for all bulk visual merchandising and dummy packaging

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional time management skills.

Education and Experience:

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma
• 3 years of experience in marketing - preferred
• 3 years experience in logistics - preferred
• Professional experience in cannabis industry - preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 50 pounds
• Dependable vehicle
• Ability to travel up to 75% for the position
