Logistics Scheduling Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Logistics Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing customer service and support as it relates to product delivery and satisfaction. This team manages all customer and sales rep communications surrounding all aspects of delivery timing and exceptions. It is the coordinator's responsibility to ensure that customer service is maintained at the highest level possible and any customer and/or driver issues are quickly resolved.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Communicates with customers on delivery timing and schedule accordingly
• Manges all delivery manifests and communication with the CRA
• Manages all important documents such as invoices, manifests, etc.
• Handles customer and sales reps issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintains scheduling boards and provide other types of data reporting
• Prepares, documents, and maintains all delivery activity to scheduling systems
• Reviews the open order reports on a daily basis
Other duties as assigned by Distribution manager and/or Logistics Scheduling Supervisor

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Education and Experience:

2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, and customer service
