Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Process guest payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service

Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred not needed though we are willing to train.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is beneficial
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
