We are recruiting for a local Longview Co who is in need of an Accounting Assistance with Quick Books Online experience.

```Duties```

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Conduct research on technical accounting issues and provide recommendations for resolution

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support corporate finance initiatives

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions using accounting software

- Ensure adherence to accounting principles and company policies

```Qualifications``

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or related field

- Strong knowledge of Quick Books Online

- Solid understanding of technical accounting principles and practices

- Experience with bank and credit card reconciliation

- Knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

- Must have a full understanding of MSOffice
