Estheticians consult with our guests on their personal skin care needs, provide luxurious and rejuvenating services, use and recommend the AVEDA product line, while maintaining a clean and calm spa environment at all times. 

Summary of Essential Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Uphold the Adolf Biecker standards of excellence
• Assess skincare needs and suggest appropriate services
• Provide various services such as:
  • AVEDA skincare and body treatments
  • Hydrafacials
  • Waxing services
  • Makeup application
• Suggest and promote retail products
• Maintain a clean and sanitary spa room 
• Assist with spa laundry

Qualifications

Competencies

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Professional and reliable
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Good time management skills

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pennsylvania Cosmetology or Esthiology license
• 1 years working experience in a spa preferred
