- *Night time Over Watch/ Night Audit *Tend to guest issues *Manage Property Management System *Make repairs as needed as well as assist with special projects *Coordinate with management and contractors

- *Must have reliable transportation to move between properties *Must have own tools *Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and painting skills
