In this role, you will:

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair progressive stamping dies, fixtures, and tooling using your expert mechanical skills.

Achieve 90% or higher first-time die setup without production issues.

Consistently meet productivity and quality benchmarks.

Prevent unplanned downtime through robust preventive maintenance.

Master complex blueprints, precision measurements, and specifications.

Collaborate with machinists, millwrights, QA team, and other departments.

Work with state-of-the-art equipment including CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and more.
