If you have at least 1 year experience working in a manufacturing production environment and you are reliable, dependable, and looking for a job where you get to do lots of different things, then we need to talk! Responsibilities involve preparing products for shipment, inventorying products, receiving and sending out shipments, maintaining computerized online order system, operating laser and/or UV commercial printers, and painting products. Every day brings variety in this role!

Requirements for Success:

• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our products and our brand
• Pull from inventory and prepare products for shipping direct to customers or for online fulfillment partners.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipping orders, print shipping tickets, package products using established best practices and industry standards, affix postage to packages, conduct quality control check on all products to ensure the proper item(s) are to be shipped to the correct customer(s) at the correct address(es),and schedule online pickups of outgoing shipments.
• Monitor returns, process accordingly, and ensure timely and correct communication to the team.
• Monitor supply inventory throughout entire company and ensure timely, correct, and detailed supply re-orders are entered into the appropriate system(s) for processing.
• Assist in the paint shop, including, but not limited to, painting products, monitoring inventory of all supplies, conducting quality checks, and maintaining daily production targets.
• Setup, operate and clean laser and UV printers used in the production of products.
• In the course of duties, always operate light machinery and business tools and computers in a safe manner and properly reporting any needed repairs or malfunctions immediately to the appropriate team member(s).
• Adhere to all production schedules and target production metrics.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
