JDI Distribution is Hiring a Staff Accountant Near Loma Linda, CA
- Prepare monthly overview for CEO and COO the outlines of the department(s) performance.
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Book Keep.
- Insert data and journal entries.
- Assist with audits by providing documentation and explanations of financial transactions.
- Manage Quick Books.
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide a weekly work summary of completed tasks.
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Math, Analytics, Finances, or similar background
- Plan, implement, and assist in scheduling deadline dates.
- Excellent mathematical skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, and other Office Suites.
- Must be extremely attentive to details.
- Handle conflict resolution between as necessary.
- Strong communication, analytical, influencing, and problem resolution techniques.
- Highly organized self starter.
