Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Apparel Associate to join our team. As an Apparel Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their apparel needs, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting and trying on apparel items
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking shipments, tagging merchandise, and conducting regular stock checks
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers

Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
