Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding the right apparel and accessories
- Process sales transactions using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock merchandise and ensure proper display
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Provide information about product details, pricing, and availability
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Proficiency in English language for effective communication with customers and team members
Skills:
- Retail sales experience to understand customer needs and preferences
- Knowledge of POS systems for processing sales transactions accurately
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively to showcase their features and benefits
- Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities
