Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. As a Stocking Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-stocked and organized. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and transport it to the appropriate storage areas - Stock shelves, racks, and displays with new merchandise - Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced - Rotate stock and check expiration dates to maintain product freshness - Assist customers with locating products and provide exceptional customer service - Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Requirements: - Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time - Familiarity with using an RF scanner is a plus - Basic math skills for cash register operation - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.
