```Experience```
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales is preferred
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Leadership skills to effectively train and motivate store personnel
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customer base
- Knowledge of visual design principles to create visually appealing displays
