Job Description

JD Logistics is looking for a results-driven individual with supply chain experience to design and build supply chain products in the North American market, managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle. The supply chain product manager will be also responsible for supporting sales team on providing e-commerce supply chain solutions, while coordinating with cross-functional departments within the business units.
Responsibilities：

• Design and build up small parcel & big/bulky last-mile supply chain products and solutions. Help to increase the comprehensive strength.
• Conducting marketing research as well as deep diving to customer needs, to identify and prioritize trends and top business objectives concerning feasibility and necessity.
• Working cross-functionally to deliver winning products and tools, including demand gathering from sales team on, engineering with system team, output deliver with marketing team.
• Strategically combine localized warehousing and logistics products to gain a better position within market.
• With the innovative understanding of supply chain markets trending, thoroughly understand and use robust systems, automation, and end-to-end capability to upgrade our current service and products, realize cost optimization and enable better customer experience.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, freight forwarding, and/or other related field.
• Preferred depth operations knowledge in industries like E-commerce, food, 3C, household, major appliances, apparel, and accessories. Be familiar with the specific logistics requirements.
• Familiar with both local logistics and cross-border logistics products, order management system, and e-commerce platform operating rules.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be able to adapt to the fast-paced working environment.
• A strong sense of responsibility.
• Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin
