Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistic Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain and ensuring efficient coordination of logistics operations. Your role will involve inventory control, procurement, vendor management, contract negotiation, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and supply chain, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Duties:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, transportation, inventory control, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations and reduce costs
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and secure favorable pricing terms
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other logistics data
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to transportation and logistics
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
- Resolve any issues or delays in the logistics process

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
- Proficiency in using logistics software (e.g., Oracle EBS) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
