The Operations Associate will assist the store in unloading and merchandising shipments from our warehouse.

Stockroom Activities:

- Upholds standards in stockroom areas to ensure a safe work environment and enables efficient execution of support processes

- Unloads and processes shipments of product from warehouse

- Prepares merchandise to go to the floor by folding, hanging, and sizing items

Merchandising Activities:

- Merchandises apparel and items to the salesfloor per JCP standards

Operational Activities:

- Completes sign changes within the store to ensure correct prices are reflected for the customer
- Executes weekly clearance markdowns
- Completes RFID scans and researches variances to update inventory

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
