Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beauty Consultant to join our team. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling beauty cosmetics products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Sell beauty cosmetics products to customers based on their needs and preferences

- Provide personalized product recommendations and advice to customers

- Conduct product demonstrations and provide samples to customers

- Assist customers in selecting the right products for their skincare, makeup, and beauty needs

- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer's experience

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including product displays and shelves

- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

- Communicate effectively with customers to build rapport and establish long-term relationships

Experience:

- Previous experience in beauty cosmetics sales is preferred but not required

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in cash handling procedures

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized recommendations

- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and meet sales targets

- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written

- Experience in conducting product demos is a plus
