Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. As a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect piece of jewelry. Your knowledge of fine jewelry and ability to upsell will contribute to the success of our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right piece of fine jewelry
- Provide detailed product information, including materials, gemstones, and craftsmanship
- Assist customers with jewelry selection, offering guidance based on their preferences and budget
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's shopping experience
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register and handle cash payments
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that all jewelry displays are well-presented
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new jewelry collections
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury retail
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of customer orders
- Proven ability to upsell and meet sales targets
