JCP Tactical is a family-owned and operated small business looking for an Outside Sales Representative for Part or Full-Time of retailer items and supplies directly associated to self-protection, law enforcement, and the security industry within the Albuquerque, New Mexico area. We strive to provide our customers with knowledgeable experts who are committed to ensuring they get the products to fit their needs.

JCP Tactical is hiring for a Part or Full-Time Outside Sales Representative based in Albuquerque, New Mexico area. This position is responsible for building, maintaining, and growing a profitable sales territory while positively promoting and representing JCP Tactical with within the community. Outside Sales Representatives are sales professionals focused on expanding business within existing accounts and working to develop new relationships through introductions or referrals. They work to uncover client needs, match those needs to available products or services, and generate sales. They initiate contact with potential customers to generate and qualify leads, by clearly and convincingly articulating JCP Tactical’ s offerings and value proposition. To successfully accomplish the requirements of this position, The JCP Tactical Sales Representative will generally work at their own pace and hours per week. This is a commission-based position. 10% off each sale. The more you sell the more you make. Albuquerque will be your territory. There is a lot of potential for the right person with a go get em spirt.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represents JCP Tactical main sales efforts outside of our store location.
• Serves as a leader, and actively fosters a spirit of teamwork within their assigned area and store location(s). Maintains the highest level of honesty, ethics, and customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $41,091.83 - $49,486.94 per year

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
