Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calling to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities and assess their suitability

- Communicate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements

- Leverage various recruitment platforms to source and attract qualified candidates

- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to management

- Research and implement new recruitment strategies to improve the hiring process

- Collaborate with the sales team to align recruitment efforts with business goals

- Manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process

- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track candidate interactions and progress

- Handle employee relations issues and provide support as needed

- Assist in talent acquisition efforts by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to evaluate employees objectively and provide constructive feedback

- Proficiency in conducting research and analyzing data

- Sales experience or understanding of sales principles is a plus

- Excellent relationship management skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders

- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems for candidate tracking

- Knowledge of employee relations best practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
