JCC Greater Boston is seeking a seasonal tennis camp counselor (summer 2024). As part of this dynamic team, the successful candidate will enhance each camper’s tennis skills. He/She/They will also work alongside other camp counselors to ensure a safe and fun environment for the campers. A Tennis camp counselor doesn’t need to have strong tennis skills or be an experienced tennis player. He/She/They must like children and be willing to guide them through a carefully designed program, boosting confidence and tennis skills. The full season is June 17- August 19, 40 hours per week. While we prefer candidates who are available all summer, we have the option for candidates to work one week or more. The camp day is 8:30 AM – 4 PM, Monday through Friday.

This position will pay in the range of $15 - $18/hr. as a starting salary. The salary offered will ultimately be determined by the hours the employee will work, the scope of the position, the candidate’s relevant experience, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer complimentary access to the JCC Greater Boston facility in Newton – offering indoor swimming, classes, and workout facilities.
