Principal Responsibilities:
The York Jewish Community Center is seeking professional, reliable and experienced licensed and motivated massage therapist to join our JCC JSpa Team!
Job Type: Part-time, flexible schedule Supervisor : Aquatics Director
Overview: Candidate for this position must be a licensed massage therapist from an accredited school of massage. Person must be dedicated to the health and safety of each client so that they may receive all the benefits of massage.

Minimum Qualifications:
General Responsibilities:

• Maintain health history forms
• Develop and propose client treatment plans specific to client and describe type of massage to be used.
• Maintain accurate treatment and medical records for each client.
• Maintain daily appointments
• Arrive on-time for appointments
• Create a safe and pleasant environment for each client
• Maintain current certification or degree
• Change sheets, lotions, launder sheets after every client
• Record time, receipts, and appointments and submit to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of massage rooms, waiting area and bathroom as needed.
• Consult the marketing department to grow the JSpa using monthly emails and social media.
• Build clientele through tabling/wellness fairs and offering chair massages to members once a month

Work Schedule: This is a part-time position with a minimum of ten hours/week. There is potential for the position to grow to full time as clientele and need increases.
Salary:
$25,000 - $35,000
