We are seeking a highly qualified Project Manager to help us maintain our position as a leading contractor in the communications industry. The ideal candidate will have telecommunications or construction experience and strong skills in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously with a high attention to detail.

Objective of this Role:

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans from various customers
• Drive your projects through all phases of construction, including scheduling, project transitions, restoration, and completion.
• Communicate with a high level of detail to the customers on project statuses
• Verify work completion is acceptable and review all project financials to ensure accurate invoicing to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Review engineering plans and specifications of projects for telecommunications projects.
• Verify project work is accurate and create the step by step process for project tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Meet with both internal and external teams to track project statuses and verify accuracy and time management of projects
• Work with supervisors to review completed production and assist with creating redlines and verifying project line items for invoicing
• Effectively communicate with customers on project statuses, change orders, issues, deadlines, and details on each project
• Effectively handle all project line items and invoicing and send to billing teams to invoice to customers.

Requirements:

• 3 years of project management in a telecommunications or construction atmosphere.
• The ability to read and explain project maps in great detail for telecommunication projects.
• Problem-solve and troubleshoot when issues with outside plant, customers, or various problems arise.
• The ability to delegate and monitor multiple projects at one time with high attention to detail.
• Must have excellent computer skills and must understand project management software like Trello and Smartsheets.
• Excellent communication skills and business etiquette for emails, texting, and written documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
