Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Title pre- processor to join our team. MUST HAVE minimum 2 years experience in the title industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate preprocessing of real estate transactions. Your knowledge of contracts, loan processes, and regulatory requirements will be essential in this role.

Duties Include (but not limited to):
-Review and analyze contracts, loan documents, and other related materials such as but not limited to lender closing instructions, title commitments, purchase agreements, etc.
-Review title commitments and obtain all currative documents necessary
-Review the Processing Calendar for assigned deals.
-Confirms receipt of CD by the closer.
-Review and obtain all taxes and payoffs
-Assist in resolving title defects or liens on properties
-Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the transaction process

Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Previous experience in title industry for minimum of 2 years or more
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions and related processes
- Knowledge of title insurance policies and procedures
- Familiarity with credit analysis and FNMA guidelines
- Proficiency in basic math calculations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
