Position Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with machine maintenance and repair per checklists andschedule
- Troubleshoot basic/intermediate machine issues and perform tolerancechecks
- Assist in twice a year major machinemaintenance
- Perform daily checks for cleanliness of machines at end of theday
- Perform general repairs on anything in the facility as well as to anycompanyproperty
- Identify areas of neglect and discuss plan ofaction withManager.
- Operate machinery for production in machinesdepartment.
- Monitor dust collection bin levels and notifyManager when switch over isneeded.
- Inspect product coming off machines for qualityandaccuracy
- Complete list of daily morning “pre-flight”visual inspections aroundfacility
- Responsibilities range from basic facilitymaintenance to technical repairs on CNCmachinery.
Qualifications:
- Aptitude for technical problemsolving
- Must have a senseofurgency
- Understanding of CNCmachinery
- Willing to work odd and longhours
- Able to safely move30lbs
- Must have clear communicationskills
