Jabbawockeez – Sales Associate / Brand Ambassador – Retail Shop

The world famous Jabbawockeez will be filling Sales Associate / Brand Ambassador positions for their retail shop at the MGM Grand Las Vegas Hotel and Casino.

Responsibilities:

• Counting assigned cash drawer to exact amounts pre and post shift.
• Performing all types of transactions: Regular sales checkout, Exchanges, Returns, Split payment sales, Apple Pay, chip payments.
• Upselling product to increase overall revenue.
• Exhibiting excellent customer service to all guests of the hotel, casino, and store.
• Setting the sales area to be visually appealing and fully stocked.
• Organizing inventory.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the sales area and storage.
• Acting with integrity and honesty to portray excellent value of the brand.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Desired Skills and Experience

• College degree in progress, completion preferred
• Prior retail experience
• Experience in a fast pace high volume retail environment
• Flexible working schedule
• Possess strong character and representation of the Jabbawockeez brand
• Well-organized
• Punctual
• Positive attitude
• Self-Starter
• Excellent at following direction and also being proactive when necessary
• Well-versed in Apple products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Candidate must reside in Las Vegas, NV or surrounding areas
• Candidate must be able to provide transportation
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
