We currently have an opportunity for a Systems Installation Engineer to join our team!

This position can be remote, but candidates must live within an hour of a major airport.

The Opportunity ...

• Performs system installation of autonomous vehicles and peripheral equipment (chargers, I/O panels, operator interfaces, etc.).
• Installing, testing and debugging of the system.
• Traveling (60-75%of the time) domestically and internationally to customer sites
• Modifying equipment and software.
• Troubleshooting, defining and seeking resources to recognize and resolve electrical, mechanical and/or software improvement opportunities with system components.
• Making software and hardware adjustments.

• Monitors system performance metrics.

• Performing customer training.
• Interfacing with customers.
• Collaborating with other engineers on projects.

• BS or BSET in Engineering required. 
• Disciplines of engineering includes Software, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechatronic, preferrred.
• 2 years of full-time engineering work experience preferred. 
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Prior software experience required (C, C , MATLAB preferred).
• Experience with Python and Visual Basic preferred.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship requirements needed now or in the future.
