The Human Resources Payroll Coordinator aids with the and facilitates the human resources processes at the facility. This role focuses on the payroll process of the facility.

Provides customer service to all team members and helps resolve any issues and complaints. This role provides administrative support to the human resources function as needed, including record keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry, SAP entry, Kronos entry and other tasks as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities : None Duties / Responsibilities :

• Work with all aspects of payroll including verifying employee time, payroll deductions, vacation, etc.
• Work closely with managers, supervisors and union
• Maintain records as required by State and Federal Laws
• Responds in a timely manner to employee problems, questions and concerns
• General office procedures including phone calls and filing
• Other duties as needed or required

Education and Experience :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates / Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred but not required) or Equivalent Work Experience.
