Job Title: Shipping Supervisor
- Key Duties and Responsibility
- Microsoft BC software to Processing Order. Printing carton labels /Shipping Barcode Label.
- Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading etc.
- Schedule Loaders with Transportation Carrier
- Supervise and lead subordinates guide warehouse Loader/picker proper way
- Submit daily orders sending EDI ASN, Invoices
- Resolve issues regarding shipped orders
- Handle Inventory Daily update.
- Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies
- Report to management on activities and issues
- Submit Transportation (Ticket) Portal Access.
- Responsible person of daily work order
- Skills and Qualification
- Organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task
- Proven experience as shipping manager
- Solid knowledge of logistics procedures
- Experience in using EDI and preparing shipping documents (e.g. ASN)
- Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in directing and evaluating subordinates
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma: Degree is a plus 2-3 years Logistics experience
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
