We currently have openings for Part time/Full time positions - Insurance Advisor/Agent

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is driven to achieve. This position is responsible for understanding the clients' needs and providing solutions to help them reach their goals. Our customers are at the center of this role and will have the support of our team behind them.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on the coverage and type of insurance that best fits their needs.
• Review the client's insurance portfolio with them to determine if the coverage is appropriate.
• Analyze the client's financial situation to determine the appropriate type of insurance to purchase.
• Build a new model to determine risk factors in order to provide better service.

Job Overview

The primary role of the Insurance Advisor/Agent is to generate new business. After a new policy is sold, the duties include maintaining the client’s trust and confidence by fulfilling their needs and answering their questions concerning the policy. The goal is to satisfy each client’s needs, so that the Insurance Advisor/CSR can cross-sell other types of insurance to each client and generate leads for new clients via referrals.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Contact leads to identify their needs.
• Develop trust with prospects to gather information.
• Generate quotes to share with prospective clients.
• Sell the appropriate policy to meet the needs of the clients.
• Follow-up with clients to answer any questions or concerns they may have.
• Cross-sell other policies clients may require.
• Generate new leads for future sales.

Qualifications

• Licensed Insurance Producers preferred. Will consider individuals willing to obtain an insurance license.
• College Degree preferred.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Experience with EZLynx CRM is a plus.
• Must be honest, reliable and have excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
