Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service Excellence: Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered promptly. Your positive attitude and talkative nature will make our customers feel welcome and valued.

2. Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, organizing, and maintaining the inventory. Keep track of stock levels and promptly communicate any reordering needs to the management team.

3. Showroom Assistance: Help customers navigate through our beautiful showroom, showcasing the stunning jewelry pieces and highlighting their unique features.

4. Sales Transactions: Operate the cash register and card processor efficiently, processing sales transactions accurately and securely.

5. Jewelry Maintenance: Perform jewelry cleaning to maintain the luster and shine of our products, ensuring they always look their best.

6. Clean and Safe Environment: Take responsibility for keeping the store clean, organized, and safe for both customers and team members.

7. Customer Repair Status: Initiate calls to customers to provide updates on their jewelry repair status, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the progress.

8. Phone Handling: Answer incoming calls professionally, providing information, and assisting customers with their inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to cater to our diverse customer base effectively.

- Previous experience in retail sales is not Required, we are open to training enthusiastic individuals who possess the right attitude.

- Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones is a plus, including the ability to change watch batteries, polish jewelry, conduct gold testing, and identify various diamond gemstones and metals. but not Required.

- Excellent communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality are essential. We're looking for someone who can create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage inventory efficiently.
