To keep us aimed at our goal we do a weekly team meeting on Wednesdays, and then each individual has a 1-on-1 with our Chief Operating Officer - Ryan once a month. Here, in the 1-on-1's individuals have time and attention given to them to address their notes or needs.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced European vehicle technician to join our team. There are a variety of items we like to see with a candidate, but the most important component to us is the individuals ability to work with others and constructively work through the unique situations the auto-repair industry puts us into.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the mechanical and electrical systems of high-performance and or European vehicles. Candidate will also be able to diagnose and repair problems quickly and efficiently. Here are some of the standard items to note:

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs.
Troubleshoot complex problems.
Work with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

ASE certification in multiple automotive specialties preferred, not required.
1 years of experience working on European vehicles.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Automotive enthusiast at heart.
