REQUIREMENTS:

• Active USDOT# & MC#
• Appliance Delivery and Installation experience
• Home (White Glove) Delivery experience
• 26' Box Truck (liftgate recommended)

• $1 Million in Commercial General Liability
• $1 Million in Automobile Liability (Any Auto OR All Owned, Hired, and Non-Owned Auto box/boxes must be checked
• $1 Million in Workers Compensation Coverage (if you are not required to carry Workers Compensation, we will accept $1 Million in Occupational Accident w/Contingent Liability)
• $100 Thousand in Motor Truck Cargo Legal Liability
