JB Dental Lab is Hiring a Customer Service / Dental Administration & Data Entry Specialist Near Tempe, AZ

  • Position Type: Full-time, Hourly, non-exempt, and eligible for overtime pay
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday (8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; includes 1-hour lunch)
  • Location: Onsite in Tempe, AZ

In this role, you will be in an office-setting, ensuring dental cases are tracked and entered into software used by the company, all while effectively collaborating with JB Dental Lab professionals and clients, alike.

The applicant hired for this position will report to the Customer Service and Client Relations Manager, and will support a department within the lab. The ideal candidate will have a knack for data-entry and administration, capable of keeping up with daily demands of entering, processing and tracking dental cases produced by JB Dental Lab’s manufacturing team. While not all encompassing, the specialist hired for this role must be mindful of the client relations built around the business and brand, with the understanding this role is implied to be a direct representation of JB Dental Lab, LLC while in the performance of duties due to client engagement.

Essential functions:

  • Enter variety of data using current technology and software for Case Invoicing and Entry
  • Review and enter data updates in systems
  • Review discrepancies in data received
  • Advise Departmental Lead and Management of issues related to data
  • Prepare and sort documents and track cases for data entry
  • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
  • Able to effectively communicate with clients by collaborating via phone, message boards and / or emails, as needed or required
  • Handle client / customer complaints, providing feedback to Departmental Lead and Management
  • Able to use software required to download digital crown & bridge cases
  • Maintain safety and compliance standards within a manufacturing environment
  • Cross-train to be able to provide backup / support to the Customer Service & Client Relations Department across JB Dental Lab
  • Other duties that may be assigned.

Skills Required to Perform the Duties:

  • Previous experience in data entry or other related fields (not required, but preferred)
  • Excellent type skills
  • Time Management
  • Effective communication skills
  • Physical ability to sit for long periods, and move through the facility as need to
  • track and / or deliver cases to departmental manufacturing teams throughout JB Dental Lab
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Working knowledge of dental terminology, or experience in a dental laboratory or dental
  • office and customer service preferred (not required)
  • Teachable / Trainable
  • Familiar with Magic-Touch software desired (not required)

Educational Requirements / Other Qualifications Needed:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Work authorization (Required)
  • Note: This position does not support tele-work
