Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Kitchen Cabinet Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a keen eye for design, and proficiency in 3D modeling software, specifically Mozaik. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and designing custom cabinetry solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Design custom cabinetry solutions using 3D modeling software (Mozaik).
• Present designs to clients and guide them through the selection process.
• Provide accurate estimates and quotes for projects.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless execution of designs.
• Maintain relationships with clients throughout the sales and installation process.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (at least 2 years), preferably in the cabinetry or home improvement industry.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software, specifically Mozaik.
• Strong design skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for customer service and satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule with a combination of remote and in-office work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• $40,000 Base Salary 3% commission on gross revenue ($65,000 OTE)
