Our staff consists of multidisciplinary professionals including MDs, Master’s-level clinicians, addiction specialists, and mental health and trauma experts. Our program is clinically sophisticated and achieves a high rate of success in an open community model of care.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Primary Counselor. The Primary Counselor will be responsible for conducting individual and group therapy sessions, implementing and facilitating treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation. The Primary Counselor will also be responsible for coordinating care with other members of the multidisciplinary team and providing support during client transitions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Project management and organization skills
- Experience in training and recruiting
- Licensed or certified in the state of Colorado (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
- Prior experience in addiction treatment or mental health counseling
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and the 12-step philosophy
- Experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
