Our Boise based Jaymark Luxury Plumbing & Appliance Showroom is searching for a Sales Consultant to join their showroom team! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, design-minded, and can enhance the Jaymark mission of offering the highest quality products and service in the luxury decorative plumbing and hardware industry.

We would love to find someone with experience in home products, but more importantly are looking for an intelligent & charismatic person that loves their clients and helping them to design their dream bath and kitchen!

Essential Functions:

• Meet with clients on the showroom floor to determine their needs & maintain accurate and organized customer files

• Client follow-up tracking orders from beginning to end regarding quotes and landing the sale

• Establish and maintain positive long-term relationships with customers (builders, plumbers, and designers), vendors and co-workers.

• Read blueprints to ensure compatibility between product ordered and customer desire and needs

• Attend trade events / mixers / networking events to seek new clients and build relationship; continue your education in product & sales skills

• Answering the phone, greeting customers, customer service, order entry, price quotes, customer qualification, inspecting product.

• Strong consultative sales skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (both oral and written) with the ability to perform business math

• Attention to detail and strong follow-up & organizational skills

• Technical expertise and knowledge of company products

• Able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact

• Team player who works productively with all departments and customers

• Professional demeanor and great attitude

• High school diploma/GED required

• Minimum 2 years in similar position preferred

Pay: $47,648.88 - $62,277.98 per year
