What You Will Do:

• Identify and help resolve operational and clinical issues in communities through QA process and collaborative approach.
• Monitors the implementation of current policies and procedures, which reflect adherence to corporate and external regulatory guidelines. Reviews new regulatory directives and implements changes as needed.
• Schedules site visits to provide training, guidance, and communication to support autonomy and accountability.
• Participates in State and Federal surveys and compliance investigations. Supports and follows up with communities in identifying trends and assists in the development of corrective action plans and troubleshooting resolutions.
• Monitors clinical and operational platforms (accounting, clinical, sales, etc.) and takes a proactive approach to addressing opportunities and trends.
• Reports to leaders and ownership on community performance, along with action plans to improve.

Why You Are Qualified: 

• RN or LPN licnense in good standing
• 5 years’ management experience (senior living experience preferred)
• Ability to travel to multiple states on a regular basis to support communities
• Comfort with financial and clinical software; data reporting systems
