Jay's Legacy is a non-medical home care agency. We provide the needed services our elderly clients need to remain living at home. As a caregiver at Jay's Legacy, you will build relationships, improve the quality of life and serve elderly in need of love and care. Your goal will be to help clients enjoy life by helping them perform their simple daily functions; meal prep, housekeeping, local transportation, social interactions and more! Your compassion and diligence as a caregiver will bring joy into the lives of the clients you work with and help them feel encouraged, involved and loved. This is a part time position that could lead to a full time opportunity.

We offer set schedules to meet the needs of both caregivers and clients. We understand that you have a life, and we encourage self-care

Requirements:

• 18 or older High School Diploma or equivalent
• Complete the required Background and License Check
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
• Current Auto Insurance

*In addition to the application found on our website, we also require a Background Disclosure , as well as a Motor Vehicle Records release. All three must be submitted for consideration.
