Jay Dee's Market is Hiring a Cashier Near La Grande, OR
We're hiring three Cashiers to join our team! Our ideal candidates are proficient with point of sale technology, knowledgeable about our products and friendly to both customers and coworkers. Experience with cash management is preferred and lottery experience but willing to train. The Cashier position includes heavy lifting, working the register and managing customer relationships and keeping store clean and well stocked. we're looking for someone who is energetic, responsible and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and give them a positive impression of your establishment.
- Answer customer questions and respond to their complaints.
- Operate a cash register.
- Ring up customers' sales.
- Being flexible and on time.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Shift:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
