Jaxtimer Landscaping, LLC is an award-winning landscaping company located on Cape Cod, specializing in the beautification of fine homes and estates. The role of Hardscape Foreman works cohesively with our Softscape Foreman with the install and design of our client’s landscapes, primarily stonework and masonry. The Hardscape Foreman directly supports the Construction Production Manager with the fostering and development of Crew Members along with job completion according to bid and efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of Landscape Construction projects. Candidates must have experience in leading crews in all aspects of Landscape Construction. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Landscape Construction Crews in stonework projects while directly providing support on the job site
• Works closely in conjunction with Landscape Construction Production Manager
• Complete hardscape projects according to the estimate bid in conjunction with accurate and timely data entry in our mobile software device
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
• Drive a truck with a trailer safely
• Proper use of equipment, machinery and materials safely
• Attend safety trainings and other staff meetings as required
• Support in snow removal operations seasonally

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the landscape industry
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hardscape installation (paver patios, retaining walls, steps etc.)
• Experience in installing various hardscape designs, masonry installation and using large machinery
• Experience in supervising/leading a team
• Candidate will exercise strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Exhibit professionalism on and off job site
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. safely
• Valid driver’s license in good standing (Required) 
• Willing to train the right individual

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $30.00-$40.00 per hour. Overtime is regularly available. Pay is reflective of experience of candidate.
