Job Summary:

• This position will be located at the Madisonville Operations Center, Cincinnati OH-45227
• Will be a member of the Reconciliation squad supporting the Frontier application.
• Will have on-call production support responsibilities 24X7 1 week every 5-6 weeks.
• Need to have PowerShell / batch scripting knowledge.
• Need to have windows server knowledge.
• Data stage is nice to have, but not a requirement.
• Will support the Reconciliation squad by performing/owning various tasks such as weekly maintenance, enhancements, monitoring/replying to a centralized outlook email box that our LOB submits questions, and more.
• Help maintain the Frontier application uptime, performance, stability, and scalability.
• Attend all agile Reconciliation ceremonies.
• Strong software development background.
• Knowledge of Service Now is nice to have, but not required.
• Experience in software/systems development.
• Continual improvement and fine-tuning of various alerting and monitoring systems.
