Our office coffee and vending services company is seeking an experienced person to supervise operational activities of the business. This includes three key areas:

1) ensuring the operational readiness and maintenance of bean-to-cup coffee systems, vending systems and related equipment (machine repair, routine maintenance, maintenance process design, system reliability)

2) installing and removing coffee and vending machines as necessary when customers are added and removed

3) maintain/schedule maintenance for equipment in the field at customer locations to meet reliability targets.

4) coordinate the service delivery technicians who deliver supplies to customers on a daily basis

5) maintain supplies at a level necessary to meet company demands and budget requirements.

Required experience:

• 1 or more years of office coffee industry knowledge and experience
• 1 or more years of vending machine maintenance experience
• 1 or more years of warehouse and operational supervisory experience
• Clean driving record with no more than 2 points on your license
• Mechanically inclined and able to use advanced tools
• Good personality and able to interact with customers professionally
• Able to lift 125 pounds, 30 pounds overhead

Desired experience:

• At least 2 years driving large cargo van or commercial vehicle
• 1 year of inventory management experience
• Familiar with general computer and touchscreen systems
• Familiar with any maintenance management tracking system
• Familiar with and have used MS Office Excel and Word

Hours are typically regular weekdays and 9-5 hours. Occasional nights and weekend may be necessary to meet demands or address unscheduled maintenance issues, but very seldom. Occasional overnight travel to other operational cities. Performance bonus eligible. All work is on-site at warehouse and customer locations. This is not a virtual position.
