Position Summary: Provides comprehensive health care to patients in collaboration with physicians and other medical staff including medical evaluation, counseling and referrals. Assesses the physical and psychosocial status of patients by means of interview, health history, and physical examination and diagnostic tests. Interprets the data, develops and implements therapeutic plans, and follows through on a continuum of patient care across the health-illness continuum and lif'e span.

Education and Training: Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of NM, who has successfully completed a formal Nurse Practitioner program approved by a national accrediting agency and who is then certified by a national certified organization recognized by the NM's State Board of Nursing. Master's Degree required.

Experience: Three (3) years of experience as an Advance Nurse Practitioner preferred but not required.
