We are searching for experienced and energetic General Manager/Assistant General Manager to join our growing team for expansion. The ideal candidates have a good management skill in inventory cost control and labor cost management, have a positive attitude, are passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoy working with people. The General Manager plays a key role in our multi-store energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service. You'll have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that's welcoming and engaging. In short, this role involves driving the overall success of the cafe, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

– Drive efficient financial and operational goals, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
– Champion outstanding customer service.
– Foster a high-performing team, providing transparent feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
– Manage day-to-day operations efficiently, including scheduling, ordering, inventory control, and payroll.
– Uphold health, food safety, and environmental sustainability guidelines.
– Collaborate with other divisions and stores to engage the community and deepen guest relationships.
– Maintain high standards of quality for beverages and food items.
– Recruit, hire, and develop staff aligned with the company’s philosophy and values.
– Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain a safe working environment.
– Lead by example, cultivating a culture of excellence and ethical behavior.

Skills required or preferred:

• At least 2 year in the coffee service industry
• 2 years in the customer service industry
• 2 years in store manager or higher level or leadership experience managing a team of 10 people
• Familiar with accounting reports and financial reports
• Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts
• Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service
• Tidy and self-disciplined
• Detailed-oriented and passionate about product quality
• Able to work on weekends, flexible schedule availability for various shifts
