Working from the comfort of your own home when you're not providing supervision in person at a client's home? What could be better! We truly value a work life balance here at Java Autism Services. We are seeking a part time BCBA for a hybrid role with some flexibility for remote work. The BCBA will provide ABA therapy services in the East Valley of Pheonix. This position requires experience with creating treatment plans, provide parents education and lead behavior management sessions. The BCBA will also work directly with clients and their families as well as other professional to provide high quality ABA services that are personalized to each individual's needs. It is our mission to provide exception in-home ABA services while focusing on great customer service.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Current and valid BCBA certification
• Experience with Insurance Funded ABA Services
• At least 1 year of BCBA experience
• 1 year of supervising RBTs and/or BCBA candidates
• Master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field
• Experience working with children with ASD
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience developing and implementing treatment plans
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
